Wheelbarrow
Also known as wheel barrowhands down rear entry
The Wheelbarrow is an advanced rear-entry position where the receiving partner supports themselves on their hands while the other holds their legs up at the waist — like a wheelbarrow.
The gist
A playful, athletic novelty position more about the thrill than sustainability. The receiving partner takes their weight on their hands (or forearms) while the standing partner holds the legs, creating a steep angle. It's demanding for both, so it's usually a brief, fun detour rather than a main event.
Step by step
The receiving partner starts on hands and knees, arms strong beneath the shoulders.
The standing partner lifts their legs by the thighs to about hip height.
Both find balance before any movement, and keep it slow.
Lower down to rest whenever arms or core tire.
Tips
- Do it near a bed or soft surface so the hands-down partner can drop safely.
- Forearms on the mattress is a gentler variation that still keeps the angle.
