18 U.S.C. §2257 Compliance Statement

1. Compliance statement

All persons depicted in visual content published to Fervra's public surfaces are verified adults who were 18 years of age or older at the time the content was published. Fervra requires proof of adult status before explicit content can be published, and maintains the records required by 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for that content.

2. How depicted persons are verified

Publishing to a public surface requires a verified adult account. Publishing explicit content additionally requires government-ID verification reviewed by our staff. Any other person depicted must be a verified, linked adult member who has recorded their consent to public depiction — content depicting anyone else cannot be published.

3. Custodian of records
