Law Enforcement Request Policy
How we handle valid legal requests for user information from authorities.
1. Valid legal process
We disclose user information only in response to valid legal process appropriate to the request, and only the data we are legally required to provide. Emergency requests involving a risk to life are handled on an expedited basis.
2. Child-safety and non-consensual imagery
Content involving apparent minor sexual abuse material is withheld, preserved, and escalated for reporting to the appropriate authorities as required by law. Related evidence is preserved by opaque reference for lawful handling.
3. Transparency
Where the law allows, we aim to notify affected users of requests for their data before disclosure.
4. How to submit
Law-enforcement requests, and inquiries to the records custodian for age/identity matters, should be submitted to Highfivery LLC by email at info@highfivery.com. Mark emergencies involving a risk to life as urgent in the subject line.
